4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
4.1 What You Need to Include
To file a valid DMCA notice, you must provide the following information:

- Identification of the infringing material: The specific YouTube video URL(s) that contain the allegedly infringing content

4.2 Required Statements

- "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

7. Our Response Timeline
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt within 1-2 business days
- Review: We will review your notice for completeness and validity within 3-5 business days
- Action: If valid, we will take appropriate action within 5-7 business days
- Notification: We will notify you of the actions taken
8. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
9. Repeat Infringer Policy
SaveTube maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. While we don't require user accounts, we may:
- Block IP addresses associated with repeat infringement
