3. What We Can Do

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, SaveTube may:

• Block specific video URLs from being downloadable through our service

• Remove cached information about the reported content
• Take appropriate action against repeat infringers

4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

4.1 What You Need to Include

To file a valid DMCA notice, you must provide the following information:

• "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
• "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

7. Our Response Timeline

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt within 1-2 business days
• Review: We will review your notice for completeness and validity within 3-5 business days
• Action: If valid, we will take appropriate action within 5-7 business days
• Notification: We will notify you of the actions taken

8. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
• Your physical or electronic signature

9. Repeat Infringer Policy

SaveTube maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. While we don't require user accounts, we may:

• Block IP addresses associated with repeat infringement
• Implement technical measures to prevent abuse
• Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary
