Filing a DMCA Notice

Receive & Review
We receive your DMCA notice and review it to ensure it contains all required information.
Verification
We verify the legitimacy of the claim and the complainant's authority to make the request.
Take Action
If the notice is valid, we take appropriate action, which may include blocking access to specific content or URLs.
Notification
We acknowledge receipt of your notice and inform you of the action taken.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must contain:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SaveTube has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
